Challenge #105 - Umbrella Photo Inkspiration

Welcome back to Inkspirational.  This week we have a photo to inspire you.

Please welcome our fabulous Guest Designer:

Rae Ann

I am an Army wife, mom of four (mostly) grown kids, and currently living just outside of Pensacola, FL in the US where my hubby is stationed.  I have been stamping for about 15 years.  However, I have been a crafter forever!  I remember making Christmas presents for my family when I was pretty young and being very excited to do it all by myself.  Discovering digital stamps and the online crafting world has given me so much inspiration and enabled me to learn so many new techniques.  I love the relaxation of coloring, so most of my cards now use colored images.  My favorite medium is Copic markers, but I am working on learning better techniques for colored pencils. I am so happy to have the opportunity to inspire you!

Here is some inspiration from our design team:

We will be choosing  a top pick/s from this challenge and inviting one entrant to join us as a Guest Designer.

We're sorry that we may not be able to comment on cards that are uploaded to galleries where we have to register to comment (eg Splitcoast Stampers), or where word verification is enabled. When we can view your card, however, we will still consider it for our top picks.

Thank you to all those who played along in our Geometric challenge!  Congratulations to these top picks:

What a crisp and colorful card! The vibrant circles of color, surrounded by the dotted outside circles, are fresh and fun!

The diamonds are so bold and vibrant against the white background and the sentiment is perfectly placed! Great design!

Janet
We love her blue toned geometric arrows placed at an angle and with different lengths! Original design with a cool embossed touch!

Challenge #104 - Colour Pink and Grey

Welcome back to Inkspirational! Our challenge this time is to use pink and grey. You may also use black, white or cream and realistic colours for skin, fur and hair.

Please welcome our wonderful Guest Designer:

Susan

Hi, I’m Susan Powell from British Columbia, Canada.  I’ve been a crafter in one way or another ever since I can remember, but over the last few years card making has become a passion. Thankfully my husband is very supportive of me and all the time I spend stamping. I can’t wait to get home from my day job as an Education Assistant at a local elementary school, so that I can play in my craft room.  I enjoy making all styles of cards, but lately my style tends to lean more towards clean and simple.

Here's what our DT made:
